The company seems to be a scam. They have grammatical errors and want personal information. The company address doesn't add up with what they want you to do, which is to be a secret shopper. They seem to be a chinese import/export company. This was an ad I responded to on Craig's List. After receiving the email I sent them my info and they responded and wanted me to get all the local addresses of Walmarts in my area... Here is the email they sent to me:

Companies use this survey for many reasons, but all programs involve evaluating whether the company's standards are being met. During a typical survey session, you will make observations at a specific store, restaurant, or other type of location, while blending in like an average customer.

1) How long it took you to get services.
2) Smartness of the attendant
3) Customer service professionalism
4) Sometimes you might be required to upset the attendant, to see how
they react to clients when they get tensed (under pressure).
