Full of lies and scams

I had been attracted to Casablanca Show by saying I gained some of those sketches you subscribe to within the mall. I wound up joining a timeshare speech for around 3 hours and "gained" a visit along with a free eveningis stay in a resort. Before I acquired the "free" treats, I'd to create a look for $50 to address fees, etc. Fast-forward about a few months later and that I had 4 times before I had been designed to visit Disneyland and remain in a resort... But had gotten nothing.

I called customer support, and was welcomed with a rude and contrite girl. She questioned me to verify my tackle, and that I did, but informed her I shifted a couple weeks before. She offered me some smartass comment about "nicely, should you named us whenever you shifted, perhaps you might have gotten your paperwork right now!" The not-so-vibrant customer support broker doesn't realize the idea of email forwarding and just how it willn't influence the full time email is obtained. I described Casablanca wasn't on my listing of goals when changing handle info (actually, I'dnot actually considered it until our planned journey arrived about).

She proceeded to provide me the resort info (Cost Effective Hotel in Anaheim - which, she never advised me, you will find TWO of), so when I questioned ways to get the seats, she stated in the Cost Effective Inn.

Obviously, your day of our prepared motel-stay and Disneyland journey, we went 35 kilometers towards the motel, simply to discover they didn't have our seats! Casablanca Show was easily shut that evening, so we'd no method of discovering wherever our seats were stored. 3 months of planning and pleasure, and we were left by having an hour 5 of driving and nothing.

I'd my sweetheart contact Casablanca the following day and talk to somebody, who informed him they might have provided me the right resort to get the seats, had I not hung-up in it! THAT IS UTTERLY FALSE. I really hope they maintain telephone documents to show that I never hungup. They stated the Ramada Inn (??) had our tickets. I named the Ramada Hotel who stated I'd 6 more hours to get the seats before these were voided.

Long story short, this entire scenario is just a clutter, customer support is terrible and rude (and evidently I am not alone who believes so!) and I am awaiting some kind of payment for this atrocity and waste of time.
