I feel duped; I just was not impressed with the used car salesman mentality with a resume that cost thousands of dollars. HOWEVER READ THIS & GIVE IT SOME CONSIDERATION.
First of all, as I have read over much of what many of you have experienced I see very similar methods by Haldane to close the deal on the clients pre-paid fee. Bait if you will, comes to my mind, whats of interest here is the intent to prey on emotions.
One tactic that appears with some consistence is profiling family stress then the spouse if available invites as reassurance for your emotional state compromised from lack of employment. Physiological powers can seek hope while clouding judgment and once they know your circumstance they are quick to serve verbal comfort and omissions such as: Hidden job Market Bonus paid to offset our fees Increasing you Salary.
Because there is obviously so many of you with tenacity to complain about Bernard Haldane says to me, there exists a majority of strong willed people with good intentions.
Now here is a good point; if there are those with tenacity then how about those unspoken people with integrity whom, would rather just move on feeling cheated. Consider those people, as part of the majority that would perhaps come forward if given a reason to do so.
My legal perception for this is: substantiate the fact that Bernard Haldane uses such practices that take advantage of individuals by false omissions and misrepresentation. Use of said practices involves emotional predatory conduct for the purpose of financial gain. Whereas rendering of service by Bernard Haldane provides substantial declining value to the client.
Take the consideration of the similarities of facts surrounding each individual client experience coupled by company actions demonstrate consistency no matter the operating offices location. I also find their conduct for ramping up the fees based on your professional status/financial ability is a separate matter and a thriving revenue source for the companys survival. Stoke a check or slap that credit card and wham the physiological employment comfort vaporizes!
Take Action: Some of you six figure salary people could help, may have some fun and certainly help find redemption. There is strength of the people and as diverse individuals there could be the ability to launch a class action lawsuit. We need to source an attorney & firm willing to litigate on contingency, reputable for class action case law. We need this legal counsel to come forward as result of interests derived from reading this someone carrying the torch telling someone else and so on. Its a good moral value bad business case, it may take years intent to show cause to pierce the vial of the contract matter and press on, but guess what I think there is a driving force to make them the fools.
