I found John Slump's site (http://www.incenseherbal.com) on a reputable forum, and decided to give him a try since he has low prices for herbal incense. I kind of knew it was too good to be true, but decided to give him a try. I should have tested the waters first by purchasing something cheap, but I didn't. On Jun 26th I placed an order for the following:
3 grams of Bombay Blue
And
3 grams of Spicey XXX Ultra.
I received my item (yes item) on July 6th but to my surprise, I received a generic bag of herbs instead.
My order should have contained the following like the below images.

Instead, he sent me this.

I then emailed him as to why he did this and he said the following (Note I no longer have the exact wording, but to the best of my knowledge, this is pretty much what John Slump said):
Too make our shipping cost cheaper for our customers; we only sell our products in bulk. If you wanted sealed packets you should have ask, but it would have cost you more on shipping.
To this date, I have NEVER ordered from similar vendors that does this. All reputable vendors for these herbal incense have sent them in their original sealed packets. He basically just sent me lawn clippings.
Do not order from http://www.incenseherbal.com. He is a scammer, and there are much better vendors out there.
