This company is such a rip off. They called me one morning before I went to work he told me he was from my telephone company which is Verizon.
I thought this seems to be alright I have been with this phone company for many many years, I really thought it was legitimate since they were my telephone service.
I recieved this form from them in the mail and they were giving me my 1800 # and voice mail service, but there was no phone in it so I sent them the check for $62.90.
Still waiting for the phone and pager for about a week, so I decided to give them a call back, they told me that my phone company denied the charges and they were returning my money.
I tried to ask them why would they need a comfirmation from my phone company if they were my phone service provider, she got smart and hung up on me. I knew I had gotten taken.
This is morally wrong and I think they should be hog tied and hung literally! We all need help from these kind of snakes living among us. Help! Help! Help! Help!
