Tru-Cut Saw Inc. Of Brunswick, Ohio has been a victim of this tactic from the day this company opened busniess two years ago in Florence, KY.
He will go to a company that is currently using saw blades and make false statements to gain business from that company.
I have first hand knowledge from two of my customers that Akira has been making false statements about the quality of our saw blades. Once we found out about this, our lawyer sent acease and desist letter asking him to refrain from slandering Tru-Cut Saw inc immediately. Last week 4/1/03 we have been told once agian that Akira M. Of Tenyru was at another customer of ours in California saying the same things agian trying to gain there business.
