I signed up with Options Talent in September. I was put on a payment plan to pay $595.00 along with a monthly fee of $19.95 for the use of a comp card on their web site.
All monies were paid in full in February with the exception of the monthly $19.95. I audited my bank statements in March and found that TC Talent had stolen $59.85 of my money right out of my account without my persmission or written authorization from me to do so. I do not know what this fee/charge is for and can't seem to get any satisfactory or plausible reasons why this money was stolen from my account. As a matter of fact, I can't seem to speak to a live person at this company except for the operator who continues to put me on hold forever.
All attempts to contact the customer service department at TC Talent were to no avail. I was put on hold for hours, lost a day of work to try and contact them, while being put on hold constantly. I still cannot get this problem of theft from my account resolved. I tried using three to four phones at the same time, only to be put on hold on every single phone. Unbelieveable! I believe my only avenue is to file a law suit against this fraudulent agency for theft.
