This "BAD FAITH INSURER" should be avoided by you and your family. They twist polict terms and language around to deny payment. This insurer pays small amounts over very long periods of time or simply refuses to pay at all. This insurers claims dept. Doesn't return phone calls, letters or faxes until threatened with legal action. This company has over 15 formal complaints on file with theFlorida Department of Insurance for failure to pay claims, violating Florida insurance laws, breach of contract, falsely denying claims that should hav been paid, failure to pay umpire awards and on and on. You don't want your financial well being of you or your family jeopardized because you had insurance with this lying, cheating, no good peice of crap insurer. Don't forget the aliases they use also Frontline, First Protective and Fidelity Fire and Casualty Insurance. They also sell insurance in Alabama ans South Carolina as well.
