This company is hurting consumers. My Dad is 89 years old and doesn't know much about using a phone. He is from the old generation. He goes to San Manuel Casino in Highland California, and needed a ride home by my brother. So he called the operator to call home to get a ride. When I got his phone bill each call was $21.75, for a total of $111.75. I tried to get in touch with the company Legacy LD. They were using phoney names and refused an address, just gave me a fax# for complaints. I also called the Casino the phones are at. I am so upset that this company can do this to consumers. Especially to elderly people. Please let me know if you can help me in anyway. This is a total rip off and needs to be addressed. Thank you very much for your time and help.
