First off I've been with Sprint for 3 years now. I only purchase this phone to have on hand going out of town to see my doctor. Now once again I have to go out of town for cancer treatments and thanks to Sprint I don't have a cell phone if I break down. About 2 years ago I had a problem with them over my bill and guess I was lucky because they fixed it. Well I go to pay my bill online as I do every month, and what do I find? I find they are saying I owe them $198.00 instead of the $53.00 that I pay each month. I call customer service and get told the reason I owe this is because I did not pay my bill last month. Now keep in mind that I pay this bill each month in full, always take a screen shot to have proof because I don't trust Sprint, so I have proof that I did indeed pay my bill last month and in full. Now after a week of arguing with these idiots they are now trying to tell me sense I have proof of last month that I didn't pay the month before. Well guess what? I still have the screen shot of the payment from that month also and have my cc statement also. This is total bull crap. I hate this company. Here I am paying my bill on time, in full, have double proof of making the payment and those morons have shut my phone off and expect me to pay money I do not owe. I never pay money I do not owe. I told them that I am pretty sure they know where they can stick there bill and there service. I went out today got a new cell phone with ATT and hope to not have this problem again. But still this pisses me off. I did nothing wrong yet I've lost my service, I now have a phone that worked great, cost me a lot of money that I can not use because it's with Sprint. Sprint is plain and simple a rip off company.
