Double charged for leather good

A neck leather brown-bag was bought in early September.

Two bags were delivered to two distinct people within the same home and cost twice when just one carrier was requested. There is no bill or payment record.

This second carrier must be delivered along with a reimbursement must be produced instantly.

I really donot understand what type of company has been run, however, you have to provide it some significant interest.
