FMA Direct ripped off two battery chargers

I bought several very expensive lipo batteries from rctoys and had nothing but trouble trying to get them to balance during charging process. Highly frustrated contacted Brian at Tanic or rctoys and told him I wanted my money back. He told me to send all batteries back for a full exchange, so I did just that. When he got the batteries he realized that the exchange was going to be over a 1000.00 dollars, so he worked a deal he would make good on the defective batteries and give me two 6s fma chargers for my trouble c I agreed to the deal. I got the chargers and batteries back.

I started using the chargers and they were nothing but a big headache, they wouldn't hold there set-point meaning the current would rise above the programmed current. I put up with this for several months. I then contacted FMA direct the company who makes the chargers. They gave me the run-around several times finally I got in touch with the right person got an an address where to sent the chargers for repair. After sending the chargers for repair I waited over two weeks never got a confirmation through email or a phone call letting me know what the progress was on my chargers. Again I make several calls nobody knows anything about my chargers.

Finally I make another call and find out that they lost the box that my chargers were shipped in and they have no return address. At this point I'm in total amazement about this whole ordeal, I give the lady at FMA Direct my shipping address and ask her how long will it take for my battery chargers to get repaired and shipped back to me. During the conversation she wants to give me a special deal on the new chargers they have just come out with, so she explains FMA will give me 60.00 dollars for each of my chargers toward their new 10s chargers which are twice as much or maybe more don't remember that part, but I'm not interested after what I've already experienced with FMA's service department. So I tell the lady no I want my chargers repaired and sent back to me.

I wait another two plus weeks again no communications to let me know what they found. I call again and get in touch with one of the so called technicians, he explains to me he doesn't repair that type of battery charger, he gives me an email address of the technician that repairs that type of charger. I email the technician I wait a week again no response from the technician at FMA direct. I call and leave a voice mail again no response.

I wait a few more days I finally get in touch with customer service at FMA Direct, she explains that one of the chargers isn't repairable and the other one has been calibrated what ever that means does that mean repaired. I ask her what she plans on doing about the one that can't be repaired, "mind you both these chargers are still under a one year warranty". She explains to me that they can't give me a refund. I ask for her supervisor he explains to me to contact rctoys. I contact rctoys and he doesn't want to do anything either until we get in a heated argument he then says he'll send me one of the new 10s FMA chargers I explain to him that I also want the charger that was calibrated and is suppose to be working. The reason is I don't trust FMA's products and I want a back-up if that new charger is faulty. I then contact FMA's vice president again I don't get a call back.

I wait a day and call again this time his secretary asks me if she would leave him a message from me, I tell her a few choice words to give to him. He calls back seconds later the fastest response I've had from FMA this whole ordeal. We get into a heated argument he then tells me that he's calling the shipper and cancelling the charger shipment that both chargers are FMA's property. He also told me that Brian at rctoys can do what he wants about sending the new charger to me, after we hang up I assume he called Brian at rctoys, because shortly after FMA stops shipment Brian also stops shipment on the charger he was sendind to me.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I didn't these two companies just literally steal my property? Knightranger65 Midland, Texas
