This is a debt collector in Dublin, Ohio. I have sent them 2 Cease and Desist Letters that they have not honored. They often call 3 times a day, sometimes all in 90 minutes, and never leave a message.

They are breaking the loaaw by not honoring the Cease and Desist Letters and they have been reported to the Ohio Attorny General and FTC.
