After paying just about the total fee of 2500.00. I was contacted by the irs and was told my status was changed to currently none collectible. I contacted their legal department of the information. I was told at that time not to make any more payments to them because my status has changed, but they would verify with the irs of my status and would call me back. No body called except for the person in charge of accounting telling me i had to make my payment immediately or they would drop my case. I told him of my conversation and requested he read the case notes. He told me he didn't care what they other people had told me that i had to pay my fees or loss all i had paid. What very poor customer service. Beware of this company the irs is not that bad to work with
