Periodicals Trying To Scam Money Out Of My Account Without Permission ripoff

I was called by US Magazine Service on July 13. I was quite confused what was offered, but for several times I asked what they needed my credit card details for and was I to be charged something. The answer was no they just needed the details for a free magazine subscription I had won plus a ladies watch.

Later on the same day a lady called to verify my credit card number. At that point it came out that they were about to charge almost $50 a month. I then told her that I had NOT agreed any magazine subscriptions and I do NOT give them a permission to charge anything from my account. She taped that conversation so they clearly have my statement on tape. However, my credit card has been charged. Unbelievable scamming, how is this possible?
