Offered magazine supscription and has not followed through

An individual came to our door on a weekday evening, and offered us a magazine supscription. We decided to help the individual out. After numerous phone calls to customer service, I still have not received my magazine. They say it takes 120 to 160 days for deilvery. I am now at 254 days, and I have made 15 calls. Now all I can reach is a voicemail box.
