Initial contact was made where I explained my tax situation. I was asked to call back about a week later and was actually praised for doing so which I found unusual as I was in need of tax assistance. During that call I was told that I would be recommended to an actual consultant but that they were currently overwhelmed, but for me to contact them back on the 18th of the month (the day after taxes were due). I was to file an extention in the meantime. I dutifully called back on the 18th only to receive this fellows voicemail on three occasions - - the same on the 19th. I believe
it was the 20th when he did return the call,
explained his personal misfortunes as to why he was not able to be there those days (while I am paying a percentage of a significant amount every day these taxes go unpaid). Then he proceeded to apologize for the fact that they simply "bit off more than they could chew", and
that I should go to my local H&R Block Tax Service to have my getting-later-by-the-minute taxes filed.
You've bloody got to be kidding me! I spent close to a month dilly dallying with the Roni Lynn Deutch, anything but professional tax corporation. I definitely recommend that absolutely no one deal with this bogus business, and good luck with your tax circumstances.
