Fraudulent, no response after getting paid, made fake appts Ripoff

We were ripped off. $1200.

They set appts and notified us after the appt times and days.

Set appts in states we were not in or 500 miles away and told us an hour before.

They never finished contract, and won't return money or phone calls.

They were supposed to set 25 appts. They claim to have set 22, even though 20 were either as mentioned above or if they were set in our state, the person the appt was set with didn't know what we were talking about.

Christina Russell-"tina"-was our service manager and the most incompetent person. If you have a problem with your manager, you can only speak to that manager. Who was the problem to begin with.

She always claimed to have appts made, we would call, and no response, then we would get a call from her a couple days later and she would change her whole story. Very unresponsive, unreliable, and dishonest!

Almost a yr later, still can't get them on the phone or get my money back! Never do business with these people! Scam scam scam!
