I would love to personally thank Fingerhut for our UNMERRY CHRISTMAS.
While my wife, has been dealing with a medical issue some 100 miles from home, I thought it would be easier to place an order for her Christmas present from me and our 5 year old son.
While we spent the week away at a hosiptal in Houston, I was assured by numerous actors from Fingerhut, that her diamond earrings and charm braclet of faith, love, and hope would arrive prior to Christmas.
Finally, when nothing had arrived as late as Friday, I decided to make a call on Saturday to the company that had run my credit, taken my guaranteed order and assured me no issue was present.
Today, Saturday I was told no order was placed and that I could not even discuss the matter until Tuesday. I do enjoy teh fact Fingerhut billed me yet, failed to place and order, I also enjoy fact that my ill wife who faces brain surgey in January will be void of teh items she wanted. Class act Fingerhut!
Try hiring people that (1) understand English, (2) are actually in America (3) do not advertise what you have no intentions of doing and (4) do not run people's credit without supplying the product.
Again, thanks for the UNMERRY Christmas. Lucky we had her a couple of other items but, the ones she selected won't be arriving due to the fraudlent manner Fingerhut operates. Next time, I will avoid you words and pay the huge increase in shipping no matter that it was guaranteed within the price and available. I guess the foreign staff simply doesn't care.
