Her name is DIANA and I think she is one of the managers or supervisors at the store. That lady was nothing short of unpleasant when I asked her a question, acting as if she knew better than to answer a simple customer inquiry. Regardless of whether she was having a bad day or not, being in the customer service industry holds you to a certain standard. This woman did not even come close. I am VERY disappointed. Never going back and I will tell all my friends & family to do the same!
