I totally agree with the complaint as I am one of the victim, scammed by the arcis company, I am from UAE & was looking for Ipad, thats how I came in contact with the arcis company, Mr. Christian parra who was laising with us and agreed to sell 6 ipad, for $3990.00 which will be delivered thru fedex overnight facility.
Requested us to transfer the funds for purchase of Ipad via wire transfer to their M&T Bank a/c no. (*Redacted due to violation of user terms), under beneficiary name Amaury Rodriguez-The Arcis Company. Which we did, after transferring the funds we asked him for awb on which he replied that the goods has been shipped from our Germany warehouse, thats why I don't have the awb no, we regularly sent email enquiring about our goods, earlier he replied our mails by giving fake dates, but after a week we transferred the funds he stopped replying to our emails. We checked with local FedEx also and they confirmed that nothing has been shipped for our company from any where, we didn't received any Ipads from them, we understood that we have been scammed and our hard earned money has been robbed.
I believe the person who is reacting against the complaint must be from the arcis company and trying to misguide people so that they can scam more people.
They are fraud and professional scammer, at anytime u won't feel that u are dealing with a scam company, they are such professionals, please beaware and don't do business with them, they will take your money and won't send any goods.
