Called them to cancel the day that I received the paperwork. The rep stated it would take ten to 14 days to set up. I would THEN have 14 days to cancel. I called to cancel and then superpages.com said to bad, I was in for a year contract and then canceled the service one year from today. They are billing me 46.00 a year and state that it is too bad, that I will pay a year's service, to bad, I missed calling in within 14 days. Again, I called the day that I received the information. Apparently the recording states fourteen days from that date, but then the representative stated that no, I would have 14 days from the date the service began. The company representatives are extremely rude and unprofessional. I called on the 20th day so they again said to bad.
