Fake adverstisement of $2,500 buying spree on the bills. Site doesn't exists to enter drawing

I created a purchase at Dillards and at the end of the bill, it states: GET A $2,500 Shopping Spree! To Join Up visit www.DILLARDS.com/SHOPPINGSPREE NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER GAP WHERE RESTRICTED NOTICE WEBSITE FOR OFFICIAL RULES. Subscription #: xxxxxxxxxxx ENROLL NO LATER THAN NIGHT 08/31 cst. After I experimented with access that website, it held giving me to additional sites but I had been never ready to really enroll on the webpage. That is false ad.
