I also ordered a Carol Burnett DVD. No responce on my sent emails. When I tried the email link on the website, it came back as perminent fatal errors. No record of the transaction on my PayPal account, but I got a shipping notice with a Paypal header. When I tried to go through Paypal to resolve it, the transaction number was for a different transaction that was good.
Going to the bank to dispute the charges. I hope they will be able to help.
