Dear Sir/Maddam,
I would like to use this medium to report an incident that is going on in my country. I am 21 years old and I live in Kingston Jamaica. As a young man I went to Wolmers Highschool, left and moved to Quality Accademics then To Pre University Jamaica. I am currently enrolled in Humber in Ontario, Toronto Canada in there Multimedia Design and Production Technician Diploma School of Media Studies & Information Technology.
I currently have my drivers license, a clean medical bill of health, and I'm currently employed in my parents own registered business, Rolinix Farms Ltd.
I am also a music producer and a song writer and have co-written songs for artists such as Dahj [$incere ] and have collaborated as an artist with other artistes such as MD [Dizzy] Mikhail Fearon under the name "Lavish" on tracks such as Heaven Down which was supposed to be featured on MD's debue album, Victory Of Defeat under a local hip hop rap label The Yardboys.
My sittuation is this, I was told I would be offered a record deal with the Yardboys and recorded my verse up at Gambling House Music Studios in New Kingston, Kingston Jamaica. I recorded my verse, written by me Jordan Martin which I was told by Michail Fearon would be on his album. I was told by Chad Phillips that I would be offerered a record deal for a qtr million Jamaica Dollars. This has not come through.
My music is being put out there without any royalties or acknowledgement of my ownership. After speaking to Chad Phillips [$incere] about this issue I was threatened. Threats were made on my life and lives of my loved ones and we are now currently trying to leave Jamaica and migrate to Canada where we have family. I currently have perminent resident status in Canada.
Because I am not co-opereating with the Yardboys a barrage of propaganda is being spread against me and my family disrespecting us in every way possible, the nastiest possible things conceivable, which have no truth behind them.
I made a report to a local Civils Rights group about what was happening in my country, Jamaicans For Justice and was told private investigators would monitor the sittuation.
I have been taken to Ward 21 in Jamaica by Karren Phillips and kept in there with a report made that I have schtizaphrenia which is not true. I had to be taken out by my parents the next day (both Desmond and Lorainne Martin) I am on no medication I am a perfectly healthy individual on no form of drug, yet still, I was taken into a place for mentally unstable people by Karren Phillips and admittted for observation and had to be taken out by my parents. Whine admitted I made a report to Lorraine Chin of Jamaicans For Justice who said she would do what she could to get me out.
I was released the next day. I have no mental nor physical abnormalities.
Because I am not co-operating with the Yardboys threats against my life are being made regulary. It's all over myspace, facebook and so on. I have been told to make a report to the police for character frawd/assassination but am afraid to do so for fear of my life.
I have numerous family in the United States who are citizens of the country.
Any assitance would be greatly appreciated.
