Financial Freedom reverse mortgage
Sneaky dealings/foreclosure

My partner had removed a reversemortgage (r.M.) through Financil Independence. He died while I had been eight weeks afraid of the necessary era of 62. After they discovered he was lifeless, they delivered updates to 'the property of' wondering how this mortgage would be repaid. I employed a lawyer who understood nothing of those loans, and lost about 8 weeks of my period. Once I had been the necessary era, I'd employed a lawyer I believed would assist me get my own personal r.M. Under my title because the one my spouse had was today null and emptiness. There is lots of fear and worrying because the organization Financil Independence makes themselves rare, but lastly they delivered me the paper-work to apply for my very own reversemortgage. I waited, waited, waited for many type of reputation they had given it. Following a lengthy delay I named the lawyer and he or she recommended me to not spend the home taxes because it appeared Financil Independence was today attempting to back from the reversemortgage. A fascinating factor was that after my spouse died, there is a credit type of simply over $1200. After I questioned about this, Financial Independence rapidly employed it to pay for the fees due, of nearly exactly the same amount of cash.

(meanwhile, Financial Independence had started delivering the regular claims again, resolved TO MY DEAD SPOUSE, when from the earlier questioning of spending the mortgage mentioned 'the property of'. I suppose they resurrected him due to their own unusual factors, HOWEVER NOW the credit point confirmed only over $4000!!! How did a dead-man have more credit point cash???!!!)

It's been a couple of months since I have submitted the paper-work necessary for the mortgage. Yesterday, the email provider called my bell with characters for me to signal for. She'd a pack of 14 whole, 7 which required signing. These were THE SAME notice. These were resolved to: (1) PROPERTY OF * * (2) TENENT (3) INDIVIDUAL REP OF THE PROPERTY (4) BENEFICIARIES AND DEVISEES OF * * (5) TENANT (6) PARTNER OF * * and (OUR DECEASED PARTNER!!! There is a normal mailing of eight of those, along side eight of the authorized email I'd to signal for. Along side that, there has been TWO mounted on my door.

Each one of these messages came from the 3rd party FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE seemingly have 'offered' the agreement they'd with my dead spouse.

There is never an explaination of why these were declining to recognize the documents I closed, or a caution these were likely to do that. The updates, incidentally, I would like to realize that on July of the year you will see an auction of my house towards the best bidder... I'd recommend anybody buying r.M. Avoid financial freedom. They appear to have an underhanded method of conducting business, and that I believe I will guarantee they'll trigger you or your beneficiaries endless suffering. I'm attempting to discover if it was actually completed in a legitimate method. Prevent financil independence, they're not honest within their dealings with people. Why is it difficult for me personally is the fact that I survive $396 per month social protection. It's likely to occupy to 2 decades to obtain a flat through low-income property.

Oh and just in case anybody wonders who this 3rd party that's keeping the 'market' is, they're LOCAL TRUSTEE SERVICES FIRM, 616 1st METHOD, SELECTION 500, DALLAS, WA, 98104. If you get several, many messages all at one time which handle is about the entrance, (RTSC) hug your house and hopes goodbye. They're apparently in cahoots with ECONOMIC FREEDOM. Jean
