Unlike the other rip off reports listed here on Jonica, this one is not an emotional or bitter attempt to smear her person.instead, I'll simply inform the reader of a very sketchy operation being run my Ms. Stingl and allow you to draw your own conclusions.

Built on the Imperial River in Bonita Springs in the 70's as a fishing camp for children, it is composed of 6 structures on one property, with the north west end meeting the Imperial. It is now being used to rent out individual units for around 500 dollars a month by Ms Stingl. Look up the lee county tax appraisal site for more information. Just take a look through the Lee County Property Appraiser records and have a look at the history of this place.
Multiple work has been done by various unlicensed individuals throughout the years, some of which is; structural reinforcement, roof replacement, full electrical and plumbing replacement... Etc
Before it was being rented out it was a run down junk yard just waiting to be condemned. After a repaint and sweeping much dust under a small rug, it has slowly filled up with tenants and is in a constant flux of change as they come and go constantly. It is a known hot spot for criminal activity and the Lee County Sheriffs Dept has been to the property many times in recent years.
Again, Jonica is fully aware of all mentioned operations and the legality of her activity. Whether or not the tenants are aware is most likely different from case to case. Needless to say, this is not safe or legal situation occurring in the neighborhood and the locals are all aware of "the shacks on big bend road."
