I restored a journal with this specific organization in Sept. Our subscription ended in Feb plus they never got the repair notice/cost. I've been contacting Publications US for 2 weeks and also have gotten only fake guarantees they were searching for "the issue." The only real issue is by using the corporation. Don't work together until you prefer to lose money!
