I registered as member and submitted profile to match.com site in April. Within one month I realised that working and living in a Moslem environment such sites get blocked disallowing access. Have been trying to access site's customer care to cancell embership, remove my profile from site but with no success - I am unable to access site and despite numerous emails to customercare. Match.com - I've had no response. To my dismay I discovered that my credit was debited for membership renewal with any advice or communication from the site.
How can I cancel my profile and get a refund? Can someone please help?
