CEO of TYME Manufacturing stole designs that were paid for and co developed at the University of South Carolina. The first design he stole was the d-capitator. This design was co developed at USC and was paid for with private funding by Gail Shurling.

When Ms. Shurling confronted Darryl Phelps on the theft of the designs (on a business trip to New York). Mr. Phelps beat her senseless and attempted to kill Ms. Shurling. He then took her credit card and phone and left New York and proceeded to run up $10,000 plus dollars in bills.

This guy always carries a knife. Loves to Drink. Loves to beat and abuse women. Is sneaky and is a thief.

Stay away from this piece of dog shit.
