This company is getting away with stealing, they charged a credit card of mine 6000.00. I was given a piece of paper at the end of my purchase and was told to write down three reasons I like the resort, so I did and signed my name, not knowing I was signing my right of recision away. They would not cancel the membership, but about 9 months later said they would credit back half of the amount if I would not use the facility. Now I am being sued for the balance and I feel Ocean Canyon owes the money not me.
