You know my case... Or perhaps there are many others... Where a veterinarian enters unwittingly into a contract with MWI, thinking that he's protected from liability because MWI's representative advised that by not signing a certain portion of the contract (Guarantor) he wouldn't be liable for goods purchased by his employer (a non-veterinarian) who needed a vet's license on file with MWI in order to order supplies. There is often a difference between right and legal. Does MWI care? No!
