This company promises to send you assignments for Broker Price Opinions if you agree to join their service for a $349 fee. It appears all they do is pull the public records for foreclosure properties, then they fraudulently claim to represent the bank and order you to do a BPO. They never pay you for completing the BPO and they will never answer their phone or return your emails when you try to contact them.
