Same problem as everyone else. I do not use checks and never have so when I saw I had a check posted to my account for $30 I knew it was fraudulent. I have never heard of this company before and certainly have not talked to anyone from this company and ABSOLUTELY did not give them permission to write themselves a $30 check out of my account pretending to be me! How is this legal at all? Submitted claim at my bank for fraud and when trying to contact PA themselves, I just get an answering machine because they are experiencing "higher than normal call volumes" Go figure... I wonder why. Absolutely ridiculous they can put my information on a digital check and write it to themselves and process it without my knowledge or permission. That is petty theft and should be prosecuted criminally. It is no different than identity theft.
