On 03/29 I agreed to a"full service" website development by Intuit. After a lot of promises at the beginning my relationship with this company deteriorated into nightmare of unanswered phone calls, misinterpretation of my explicit instructions spelling and typos that didn't get fixed and a general misunderstanding of what my product was. This dragged on for six months while access to my market was blocked by a incompetent and uncaring organization that continued to bill me for services that they did not provide. I was able to get a $449.97 rebate when a sympathetic manager stepped in to help straighten out the mess. We made some progress but when my checking account was tapped for another payment, I gave up and severed the relationship. The Inuit organization does not understand the buyer and seller relationship. Supplying the customer with the product that fills his requirements doesn't fit into their plan.
