To whom it may concern: 10-21
I was hired by Elias Stassinos, company Agent of XKR Essex Inc., as of July. Currently, this week, I was fired on October 18. Mr. Stassinos decided to "let me go" because I aggrivate him, I don't listen and my pace of how fast I conduct business for him. The total amount of time I worked for XKR Essex Inc was for about three months.
I feel I was fired unjustly. Just to make this a fair case, I will begin on Elias Stassinos side of the argument. As an employee of this company, I was mainly trained by my manager, Maria Tores. As time passed by, our company grew in business. Eventually, Mr. Stassinos extended the business, by having us (the employees) provide business for customers out of CA.
It seems to me that I was not a good enough employee to work on behalf of Mr. Stassinos and the company XKR Essex Inc. There were times I was teased on being SLOW (everyone learns at a differnet pace), FAT (my body size. I only weigh about 145 pounds, being 5 "5"), OR MY HAIR (I had it braided two times and on the day I was fired, I had my hair braided the second time).
There were times that I would cry, for those words did effect me inside emotionally and brought my self esteem.
As a witness to all these incidences, they are: Maria (Maya Tores), Chile Chet, Veronica, Kimberly, Shamara and Adriana. I speak of these witnesses because of the fact Mr. Stassinos may in fact denie this actusations.
Aside from me being teased on numerous times about what I look like or how I dress, this also happend to other employees that work at XKR Essex Inc. I would put names, but only they can speak for themself at this point.
As for my side of the argument, I can say for myself that I tried the best I could. Seems I was not good enough of an employee for Mr. Stassinos, but that is okay. Perhaps another employeer shall see different.
