I just received an Express mail stating they have a prize total of $2,536, 092.23 offered by a thrid party sponsors. All I need to do is mail them a check for $ 20.00 payable to FAA, PO Box 527800, Miami FL. 33152-7800.
The back of the form authorizes them to with draw from my account.

This is what it would have cost me plus anything I had in the bank.
