Carlton with Capital Gain Financial called us to say we were approved for a $5,000 loan, however, since we had some past due payments we needed to send $485 by Western Union to the attention of Jeliesia Sealy. Once sent our money would deposited in our bank account within 4 hours along with the $40 Western Union fee.By the next morning the money was not in our bank account so we called Carlton and he said it was only at 25% transferred in his system. As it shows on the bottom of his computer screen. The next day still not there so we called their office again and talked to a lady and she said it was only 60% downloaded and she saw we had some late payments and needed to send another $300. We told her that we wanted our $525 back. So she said, "are you asking a refund" and we said, "yes" and she said it would be mailed in 6 to 10 days. We told her that if we don't receive it that we would be contacting the Ontario local authorities. Since then no one will answer their phone and it goes to a voice mailbox that is full.
