I have no idea who this company is or what they do. It looks like they apply for government grants??? I would NEVER had ordered this since I am a 65 year old retiree!!! I contacted the company yesterday. They stated that they would refund $30 of my $46.61 and no more. At least I did get a reply. I will follow up with the BBB.
