Patio furniture purchased 7/11.in June I contacted the store (Ollie's in Cary, NC.) also contacted via email & pictures of patio furniture to the Mfg, Sarasota Breeze. I was advised that the policy was a "30 day" return policy (which I understood), however, patio furniture did not show rust due to the fact that the joints had not been sanded properly at the factory and was just painted over the rust. The set is kept undercover at all times. The rust would not show up within 30 days of purchase, but the showed up within 1yr. Is there any recourse??
