My account was electronically debited $19.99 on 2/29 and 3/29. My bank was able to provide me this number 1-877-947-3701.
I contacted them in April and was told that I would no longer be charged for this service. I wanted to know how this happened because I never authorized or signed up for this service. They took my name and number and was told someone would contact me with an explanation.
Needless to say NO ONE ever contacted me. But then on August 8th they turned around and took $39.99 from my account via check # 233.
I had to pay $20.00 in order for my bank to stop payment on any checks numbers ranging from 234 thru 999 that could possibly come thru again for this service.
