I was 10 yrs old when my moms husband Kevin K first started touching me inappropriately he told me that if I told anyone it would tear our family apart I loved him like a father and I didn't want to see him go he was the only dad me and my sisters ever knew. I also didn't want to hurt my family so I kept my mouth shut till I was 12yrs old. My best friend walked in on him touching me and I told her what was going on. She went to school and told people that i was f* my dad. The rumor spread and I ended up getting called to the principals office to talk to the councilor and she called Cps. The Cps worker came to the house after talking to me at school I lied when she asked me how many times he touched me I didn't know exactly how many times so I told her it only hapened once. My mom made him leave while the Cps worker was there but she let him back in our lives not long after. My aunt called Cps and they did nothing about it. I started cutting myself, wearing black cloths, writing really depressing poetry and using drugs. No one seemed to care. He was court ordered to take lie detector tests regularly. When i was 16 he finally failed one and ended up getting 5yrs. After that I finally told my mom the truth I told her bout the 1st time he touched me and that I didn't know how many times cuz it happened so ofter I wasn't keeping count. She got with his brother not long after I don't know exactly what happened but my little sister (his blood niece) said that he did something to her and the cops and cps got called and like before my mom called the cops she let him back in the house that night. I wasn't living there I moved out the day i turned 17. So all I know is what I was told from other people. My aunt called the cops again only this time they took my sisters from my mom and had them stay with my aunt. My aunt has 5 boys 3 of them messed with my sister in the past. She told cps and they took both my sisters away from the family completly. At first my sisters lived in a foster home in houstin but then my mom got it to where they could go live in porter with Diane B. At first I was able to see my sister and talk to them pretty much anytime I wanted. They seemed happy and I was happy they were happy and away from all the bs. But then after the adoption was final Diane said I wasn't alowed to see or talk to them till they turn 18. My sister Heather is 18 now so I'm able to talk to her but Amber is only 13. As soon as Heather turned 18 she moved out and called me and told me all the bad things Diane was telling them. She told me Diane told her and Amber that what Keving did to me was 95% my fault and that it was my fault he was in jail. She also said she over heard Diane couching Amber what to say to the councelor for Cps. And she also told me she talked to the councelor bout the things Diane was saying and doing to them and the councelor didn't believe her. The councelor also told Diane what Heather said and she got in trouble as soon as they got in the car Diane yelled at her for telling the truth. After my mom found out Kevin was out of jail she called me and told me that he called her from Dana's (Diane's daughter) phone. He told my mom he was invited to Amber's birthday at Increbible Pizza I called the cops the day of the party regisered sex offenders aren't alowed to go to kid places like that. Just yesturday i got a call from my mom aparently Kevin called her again and told her that Diane is letting him stay in the house she owns next door to her. Diane owns the house and the property. Dana called and threatened my mom she said that if the cops show up at her moms house that something really bad is going to happen. I would call myself but i am living in Corpus now and if I call Cps I know nothing will be done. I don't know what to do. Diane is turning my sister against me and having her around a pedophile and wont let anyone in the family see or talk to her. I have 3 kids and I would love for them to know their aunt but thats not possible as long as Diane has her in her clutches poisoning her mind against me with her lies. I fear if she keeps custody of my sister she will make my sister hate me by the time she turns 18. The last time i tried to talk to her she told me she didnt want to talk to me and to never call her again. It might already be to late.
