I"ve also just paid money to unlock my computer. Was serfing the web and the FBI logo pop out saying my computer was being lock for 72 hr due to a violation on my behalf. Like any other person new to computer and never bin in trouble with the law I paid. Now After reading the complaint of similer things happening to other people I would also like to know how to unblock my computer now. And hopefully these people will get cought.
