So it was Memorial Day weekend 2012. We were in Walla Walla because we found out my Fiancees mom had terminal cancer. Shane Maitland a guard at Walla Walla State Penitentary came over to the house when he found out she had cancer.
He was drunk and drinking a lot. We went into the garage so we could talk. He was crying on my shoulder about mom having cancer. I use medical marijuana for pain it is prescribed to me. He knew about this and asked if he could smoke some. I was against it because it is my prescription and he is a prison guard. So I had to use the bathroom and I had left my medical marijuana in the garage. Stupid mistake. I came back into the garage and caught him stealing it.
He had it in several packages and he stuffed them in his pants. We got into a argument and he gave me a small piece back about a gram he stole about 12 grams. He admitted to many people he did it but still kept the marijuana. He and his woman another prison guard left drunk and driving. Next day they acted like I was the bad guy. Still have not been paid back so I am taking further actions. Can anyone help he broke the law and works at a prison hmmmmm...
