I tried a free sample in june. I did not give permission for any further payments to be taken out of bank account. I found out today (1.8.12) that a parcel had been sent to my local post office and that the postage of £18.00 to be paid by me on collection. I have also found out that a payment of £79.00 has been taken out of bank account
