Finally a Retun address - Cust serv rep said the terms & detail clearly states that I would be charged for full amount of this moisturizer. I honestly don't remember this part when reading before accepting. Anyways, the cust rep the 1st time wouldn't give me a return address so I had to call back a 2nd time - for those who needs return address: Dermapure 4340 W. Chandler Blvd - Chandler, AZ 85226. When returning, you should get a confirmation/tracking #.
