Harry Ratchford, originally from Sweden (he claims) and now lives in US (your city), but he'll be out of state or out of the country while he emails, phones and texts you of his undying love for you, the woman of his dreams. I played him along to find you what he wanted and how long it would take to get him to it.in 3 weeks he asked if I had a passport, wanted to take me on a vacation outside of the US and told me to contact a realtor immediately to start shopping for a great house for the two of us to live together. That's when I busted him and reported him for internet fraud. Didn't get a dime or bit of info from me, but my heart bleeds for all the women who've been duped by these sick con men. Be safe!
