Usually I'm content with Pizza Hut, they do a great job. They deliver well before the time posted, and you're greeted kindly. So you can guess to my shock when not only did my delivery come late, But when I tried to call the 5844 Atlantic Boulevard location to see what was going on, not only did I get cut off within the first five minutes of me trying to explain what happened, "John" as he said his name was, once he found out I wasn't making an order rather yet inquiring about my own, (which was made around 12:20pm and was said to be there around 12:54pm, now going on 1:03) blew me off again! Saying that the pizza would be there shortly and hung up on me. He hung up on me. No apologies for the inconvenience, no courtesy, just a what-do-you-want? Call and then hang up. He spoke so fast he hardly gave me a chance to speak. My order did finally arrive at 1:13 and if it wasn't bad enough, the experience I just had with the guy on the phone, the lady didn't even bother to speak to me, she just wanted me to sign the receipt and go. The only actually time she spoke was to respond when I wished her a good day, (See it takes little to no effort). And as if to add insult to injury, the food wasn't even hot anymore. If I had known pizza hut that your policy was to treat your customers like shit after you get there money... I would have just stuck with Papa Johns. Sure they forget my sauces every now and then%u2026but at least they%u2019re reliable.
