Says that I won $2,000, 000,000 but I have to send in $11.89 $3.00 processing fee. What a scam!!! It says on top of paper Official Mail Delivery. I have 7 days to respond. It has a judging sheet that you have to fill out and mail that back with the money. It gives you two options to take it over a thirty years period or one lumb sum. I don't want to see anyone else ripped off, thats why I'm filing this compaint.
