Bluechp SL
Consumer Report

This company called me saying they had an offer of £9,300 sterling for my holiday timeshare, they requested a payment of 1200 euros to make the deal, I bartered and got it down to 800 euros, and payd this amount by CC, they sent contracts to sign, which I did.
On 12th june. I received a call saying that they wanted £803.00 sterling to pay me from a fund of £7,300 that they had sold the holiday for and that they could not pay me until the Spanish tax at 11% had been paid. I refused to make payment.
I now looked on the internet and found that this company were shut down and have started trading again, the name Hanningfield a male comes up on searches, it also says that Interpol are looking for him.
My immediate suspicions were that the Lady? Who called me, said that she was from the Spanish tax office and said that my money was lodged with the tax services pending my payment of tax and that they would not release it until i paid the tax of £803.
I asked how that she had a figure of £7,300 and my contract was for £9,300, this was their mistake, a bit of an amateur scam although I am now waiting to reclaim the 800 euros back from the CC.
After questioning she fluffed her lines and said that she was a Spanish tax agent who sorted Bluechip. Sl affairs.
Immediately I realised that I had been scammed, and would look for any advice to take these people out.

Regards

Graham
